Future Plans for Defining the Paranormal
Welcome to Field Notes from the Beyond!
In the coming months, you’re going to start seeing some changes to our Friday posts, Defining the Paranormal! We’re coming up on a year of definitions in July, so we thought it would be fun to modify the categories a bit. We’re actually coming up on our one-year anniversary of Field Notes from the Beyond, but we’ll talk about that next month. Lots of changes in the next year of our newsletter!
Back to Defining the Paranormal…
This Friday, you’ll see a change to the Ghosts & Hauntings category. It’s changing to a focus on paranormal investigators. We’ll start with some you’ll recognize and move on to some you may not.
Starting in July, we’ll be changing our Magic category to a focus on Numerology and Sacred Numbers.
In August, Aliens & UFOs is going to switch over to a closer examination of different alien species.
September brings a change to Psychic Abilities with a new focus on famous psychics throughout history.
In October, Non-Human Entities will dive deeper into Angels and Angelology.
Our General category will shift over to Paranormal Hollywood starting in November.
We decided to leave Cryptids alone for now because there are just so many that we haven’t mentioned!
We want to keep Defining the Paranormal to short definitions, so we won’t be going into detail on Fridays with any of these topics. The problem is these topics often deserve a lot more attention, so we’ll be throwing in extra newsletters with more detail on one or more topics every now and then. We’ll see how it goes and what all of you like!
